  • You can get started quickly through a streamlined onboarding process. In the first week, we review your financials and data, understand how your business operates, and align on your priorities. From there, we define a clear roadmap and begin delivering value across FP&A, reporting, strategic analysis, or specific projects based on your needs.

  • Our engagements are structured as monthly retainers or project-based support, depending on your needs and stage. The investment varies based on scope, complexity, and level of support required, but is typically a fraction of the cost of hiring a senior in-house finance leader or building a full FP&A team.

  • We don’t provide full accounting services directly. But if you’re looking for a new provider, we have a number of preferred partners and can work with you to create a total package plan that addresses the entire finance and accounting function.
